About Us
GL Solutions is an independent and privately owned technical consulting company specializing in Information and Communications Technology (ICT). We strive to serve our clients with honesty and integrity while providing them with the best technology solutions for their business needs.

GL Solutions was created in March 2011 and is focused on innovative design, secure network architecture and standards-based policies. We are independent of any single hardware or software vendor relationship and are therefore free to serve as trusted advisors to small and large companies alike.
George E Lewis, the founder and president of GL Solutions Ltd., achieved a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics (summa cum laude) from the University of the Virgin Islands and a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from Northeastern University in Boston, MA. He is also a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) and is a member of both the Institue of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE) and the American Computing Machinery (ACM).
George was a crucial part of the teams that delivered and operated many of the technologies now in place at Cable and Wireless (now LIME) including the implementation of dual ISO-level Data Centers in Barbados and the British Virgin Islands and the development and implementation of a Metro Ethernet network on Tortola. During his time as Director of Technical Projects for the Telecommunications Regulatory Commission of the Virgin Islands (TRC), George was instrumental in the creation of several parts of the Telecommunications Code.
George has been actively involved in the ICT industry since 1981.
